Food banks use has seen a large increase over the years, especially for Christmas.
The Stratford Food Bank has been no exception with a 30 per cent usage compared to last year and a rise of 65 per cent since the start of the pandemic.
The Stratford House of Blessing from January to November 2021 saw 4510 households.
This number has jumped in 2022 to 5862 households.
