Many communities require rural properties to have 911 signs visible at the end of their driveway so they can easily seen by emergency responders.
The North Huron Fire Department is reminding residents to have these signs clear and visible so emergency responders can ensure a quick response if needed.
The fire department says if your sign is buried it can delay response times when every second counts.
