In the last council meeting of 2023, North Perth will likely give approval to PUC Building Roof for the replacement of the Listowel Public Works Building.
The tender was issued with 3 roof material options of replica cedar shake product as well as steel and asphalt shingles.
The RFT closed earlier this month with 5 vendors submitting interest.
At a cost of $656,000 PUC is the preferred option for staff with a project start date being in the spring when the weather warms up.
