Huron County OPP are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision last night southwest of Hensall.
On Tuesday night just after 7pm, OPP, Huron County Paramedics and the Bluewater Fire all responded to a single motor vehicle collision located on Rodgerville Road near Ausable Line.
First responders found a heavily damaged pick up which collided with a concrete bridge abutment. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 27 year old Evan Dickins of Hensall.
As a result of damages from the collision, the bridge on Rodgerville Road has been temporarily closed.
