All Wellington County Library branches are celebrating Family Literacy Day, taking on the theme “Celebrate Your Heritage.”
Family Literacy Day began in 1999 to raise awareness of the importance of reading and literacy by ABC Life Literacy Canada which has been celebrated by libraries across the country each year.
Everyone is encouraged to visit local library branches throughout the day for various programming such as board games, stories and crafts.
