While EQAO testing scores saw many school boards drop the average as seen in recent years, one local board has been the exception.
Students with the Upper Grand District School Board either met or exceeded the provincial average in 6 of 8 assessments.
The school board reports, many students were able to overcome the challenges faced over the years with learning disruptions and continued to preform well on tests.
The school board will continue to put their focus on its reimagined program services with a particular focus on science and math.
