The EmployerOne survey is once again up and running with the Four County Labour Market Planning Board.
All businesses are across the area are encouraged to get involved to help give the board a better idea on how they can better serve the workforce.
Dana Soucie with the Four County Labour Market Planning Board says locally the current state of the workforce is ever changing.
“We have a low pool of workers to pull from, there are some areas in our workforce that need to be addressed, certain sectors. It changes regularly, we are always monitoring what needs to be looked at.” said Soucie.
The EmployerOne survey helps fill the need for many local organizations and best practices for businesses which in the past has directly supported the “Did You Know Campaign.”
