Emily Younghans of Fergus has been named as the 2024-25 Fergus Fall Fair Ambassador.
The 21 year old was one of four competitors who took part in the 44th ambassador program on Sunday at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.
The Fergus Fall Fair stating in a release, Younghans is in her 4th year of biochemical engineering at the University of Guelph who has a keen interest in agriculture and is actively involved with the local 4H dairy club.
Younghans will also be taking part in the Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies convention and the Canadian National Exhibition ambassador program.
The 187th Fergus Fall Fair runs from September 13th-15th.
