Electricity prices are going to remain in off-peak even after Huron-Perth and Wellington County shift out of lockdown next week.
Pricing will be 8.5 cents per kilowatt-hour which will apply to Time-of-Use and tiered pricing customers until February 22nd. Off-peak pricing has been in effect across the province since the start of the year.
The rate will automatically be applied to residential, small business and farm customers who pay regulated rates set by the Ontario Energy Board.
