Twenty two new electric vehicle charging stations are slated to come to Huron County before the end of the year.
The project is made possible by a $110,000 contribution from ChargerCrew Canada and a $55,000 contribution from Bruce Power.
Four ports will be in Huron East, 6 in Goderich with the remaining twelve ports will be placed throughout Huron County.
Each municipality has an agreement in place to own and maintain the chargers for the next 10 years.
