Perth County, Stratford and St Marys EarlyOn is looking to hear from parents and caregivers with children six years old or younger.
A survey for parents to share their experiences with EarlyOn, see what they enjoy and where improvements could be made.
Those who complete the survey will be entered to win one of five $50 presidents choice gift cards.
Feedback collected will help staff better understand experiences across local EarlyON Centres.
The survey is open until August 14th.
