Drug Warrant Executed at Arthur Home Results in Trafficking Charges

Wellington County OPP assisted by the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and the Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on George Street in Arthur last Thursday.

Officers seized a quantity of drugs and weapons.

As a result of the investigation a 37 year old  female and a 38 year old male both of Arthur have been charged with possession of meth for trafficking, 2 counts of  possession of a prohibited device and possession of an imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
