A 40 year old is facing multiple charges after trying to flee from police.
On June 15th at around 1:40pm, Wellington County OPP were on proactive patrol when a traffic complaint came in from the public of a potential impaired driver.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle in question and stopped the driver on Brock Road South in Puslinch.
The driver was not cooperative with police and tried fleeing the area.
On June 17th police arrested the suspect with the 40 year old of Puslinch charged with Flight from an officer, Dangerous Operation and Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand.
The accused will appear in court in September.
