The Community Christian School in Drayton has shown a wave of support for the Palmerston Community Food Bank.
The school was able to collect over 500 items, equal to about a truckload of groceries to help keep the shelves stocked at the food bank.
The Palmerston Food Bank has given their thanks to the efforts of students and parents who helped with the project.
