Dr. Nicola Mercer, CEO and Medical Officer of Health for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph continues to address common myths with COVID-19 vaccines in the health units efforts to continue to bust myths in hopes to combat vaccine hesitancy.
Dr. Mercer spoke Monday addressing myths such as spike protein concerns, pregnancy and children getting vaccinated.
Dr. Mercer says the COVID-19 vaccine continues to be safe and is urging those who haven’t received their first dose to do so.
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph reached their first dose target of 75%
