The battle is on over a proposed condo unit to be built in Exeter.
South Huron council heard from a delegation opposed to the development.
The proposal calls for the condo to be built at the corner of Waterloo and Main in the towns South End.
There is a home on the site now, and the home built in the 1800s is considered a historical site.
The developers plans call for a 5 story unit with 85 units.
A decision is still pending.
