A North Perth driver has been charged with failing to yield which resulted in a cyclist being struck by a vehicle Wednesday night in Listowel.
On June 28th at around 7pm, Perth County OPP responded to the collision between a vehicle and cyclist on Main Street East in Listowel.
Investigation indicated a vehicle had collided with a youth who was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
As a result a 41 year old of Listowel has been charged with Failing to Yield to Pedestrian on Roadway.
The accused was given a provincial notice for the offense.
