Crime Stoppers Guelph-Wellington is working with the Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Catholic District School Board to promote Cyber Safety.
In a release, Crime Stoppers says the presentation is directed towards youth from Grades 5 and up to ensure students understand the importance of staying safe while knowing how online interactions can lead to more dangerous realities such as sextortion and human trafficking.
Schools across both boards will be given information packages on what the presentation contains and information for parents and guardians about the content.
