A COVID-19 outbreak declared at the Stratford General Hospital has been ruled over.
The outbreak was first declared on September 12th affecting the medicine unit.
Eric Jensen, Manager of Quality, Patient Safety & Infection Control says at the time of the outbreak, precautions were taken including prevalence testing for patients.
The medicine unit has since reopened for admissions and transfers with family and caregiver presence on the unit also being restored.
