The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance says a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at the Stratford General Hospital.
The outbreak has occurred at the Integrated Stroke and Telemetry Unit with patients only being allowed one family caregiver or visitor a day with no in and out privileges.
HPHA is working alongside public health and family and caregivers with those affected by the outbreak.
Testing of patients is taking place.
