A new investment in Wellington County and Guelph will help boost housing stability for those with mental health and substance use needs.
This investment of wraparound support pairs existing community housing with enhanced clinical and housing supports through the HART Hub Guelph-Wellington.
Through this supportive housing model, delivered by the County and Stonehenge Therapeutic Community the model will see 150 individuals get targeted housing stability and clinical supports.
These will be delivered to help them remain safely housed while addressing mental health, substance use and other intersecting needs which put tenancies at risk.
