North Perth council is eyeing access to the Housing Accelerator Fund to help boost local housing.
The HAF offers $4 billion in funds over a three year program period which North Perth meets the criteria to apply for being a population over 10,000 in a lower tier municipal government.
A council approved Housing Action Plan is required to apply for funding with the window for applications closing on August 18th.
Council will discuss their housing action plan and if passed will open the window for them to apply for the housing accelerator fund.
