Following the sale of Perth Meadows to United Housing, North Perth council in their first meeting of 2026 will be one of dissolving the Perth Adult Life Care Residences Committee.
The committee provided advice and recommendations to council specifically related to the Perth Meadows development.
The sale which was completed on December 17th, staff are recommending the committee be dissolved as the change in ownership means that any advisory arrangements that the committee had with the municipality are no longer applicable.
