Community Living North Perth is evolving how they deliver services of support to those with developmental disabilities.
Community Living says these changes reflect both the provinces Journey to Belonging Direction which is focused on choice, independence and inclusion and the financial realities of facing developmental service providers in Ontario.
Executive Director of Community Living North Perth Jennifer Croft says they are seeing increasing complexity in support needs, alongside rising costs for staffing, housing and program delivery and while recent provincial investments are welcomed, they do not fully address decades of funding pressures or keep pace with today’s realities.
Community Living is moving to continue Protecting Essential Supports and for More Choice and Transparency.
