Buying a new home is becoming more difficult every year. The City of Stratford is helping those looking at homes with assisting in down payments. Eden Grodzinski, Manager of Housing for the City of Stratford explains all about it
“The program is called the Affordable Home Ownership Loan Program. It provides qualified low-moderate income households with down payment assistance up to 5% of the purchase price.” said Grodzinski.
