The Palmerston & District Hospital Foundation has received more support from the Cancer Patient Services Corporation.
The CPSC has pledged $100,000 towards the campaign to help bring an MRI to the Palmerston hospital to serve the local community and beyond.
The MRI Committee says the MRI will be a regional service and work for all of rural Wellington County and beyond with the recent donation helping make it a reality.
