Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show Posts Another Big Year

Another successful year at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show in Woodstock.

Farmers and visitors alike all made it out to see the latest in ag innovations and equipment technology.

The three day event gave farmers and inside look at the latest tech and solutions for their farms, new product launches and a full lineup of exhibitors.

Doug Wagner, Director of Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show says the show has been around for 30 years and this year alone saw 640 exhibitors offering demonstrations, cutting edge research and new AgTech showing farms exactly what they are looking for in an outdoor farm show.

Features of the 2023 farm show included:
Dozens of live equipment demonstrations featuring the latest technology

Several robots, drones and autonomous machinery on display and operating in the fields

New research at Discovery Farm Woodstock bringing advancements to Ontario farmers

Dairy innovations in the newlyrenovated dairy barn, and livestock demonstrations and
products for beef, sheep and goats

Five companies received awards under the Innovations Program, supported by Ontario
Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA)

An AgTech Breakfast connected farmers with startups and innovators to discuss new
technology and advancements for the future of the agriculture industry

This year 36,516 visitors attended the show to see the future of farming in Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Wagner notes the show gives the Ag community a chance to get together and renew connections and they are proud to offer a space where great things can happen.
