The new arrival will mark a total of over 53 million doses received in the country. Around 900,000 Pfizer doses are expected with the remaining 2.8 million in Moderna.
The number will be enough to vaccinate enough Canadians to reach a 75 percent vaccine mark for eligible residents.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says nearly 80 percent of Canadians have received at least one dose while 35 percent are fully vaccinated.
