A planned power outage is taking place this morning in Brussels.
Festival Hydro customers in the areas of Turnberry Street, Flora Street and Elizabeth Street will be in the dark as crews work on capital upgrades.
The outage will start at 9:30am and is expected to last about 1.5 hours.
Planned outages such as this help to improve the safety and reliability of the electricity distribution system.
