Brooke Windsor a Stratford teen librarian has been named as the Children and Youth Librarian of the Year by the Ontario Public Library Association.
Windsor joined the Stratford Public Library in 2021 adding a level of after hour programs such as Zombie Survival Night and Nerf Nights.
Last year Windsor offered 157 programs with over 5600 participants, an increase of more than 1000 per cent.
The award honours a youth librarian who has demonstrated exceptional service to children and young adults while also improving the work experience of their colleagues.
