Border Reopens for Fully Vaccinated International Travel

The federal government has opened the border more for travelers.

Quarantine requirements have been eased for non-essential international travel into Canada for those who have had a full course of a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine.

To be eligible, international travelers must have had at least 14 days to pass since their last vaccine dose and have a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours old.

Travelers are also asked to use the ArriveCAN app or an online web portal to upload their vaccine details.

There are 4 approved COVID-19 vaccines from Health Canada, Pfizer, Moderna, Astrazeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
