With the Atwood Witches Walk taking place this weekend, many residents are going all out once again decorating their homes for the season with many more also raising funds for local causes.
The neighbours go out in a friendly competition to see who can put up the better display and encourage everyone to check it all out.
Sarah Brock, one of the Atwood residents who decks out with her Halloween display says really decorating is really just something they wanted to do but seeing the public growth to view the displays has made it that much better.
“We really do it for ourselves, we love it, we love putting it up and then when we see other people enjoying it so much it makes it so much better.” said Brock.
Brianna Hillier, also another Main Street resident who decorates her home is collecting donations for It Takes a Village with the main street houses also handing out candy during the Witches Walk.
