It truly is winter with plenty of outdoor activities now for many to enjoy, including skating at the Atwood Lions Rink.
The rink has now officially opened after the Lions were able to take advantage of the colder weather to flood the ice.
Around 20 floods were required to ensure the rink could open.
The Atwood Lions will continue to provide updates and ask all those who plan to skate to follow all safety precautions.
