One person has been charged after a stop on an ATV in North Perth just as a safety campaign will begin.
On May 20th just after 5pm Perth County OPP observed an ATV with no number plate traveling on Binning Street West with police stopping the rider.
It was determined the vehicle wasn’t insured and their driver licence suspended.
As a result a 59 year old of Listowel has been charged with Driving an ORV with No Insurance, Number Plate and with No Permit.
June 1st will mark the start of ATV Safety Awareness Week running until June 7th.
