Perth County OPP have provided an update regarding an attempted abduction in Listowel on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred on Wallace Avenue North on September 25th at around 3:40pm when a 13 year old female was approached by a male driver who told the female to get inside his vehicle.
A white 4 door sedan with a Quebec license plate was in question by police and after investigation, a suspect not known to the victim was located.
A 61 year old from Mount Forest was arrested and charged with Criminal Harassment. The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
