On September 6th just after 10:30 pm Perth County OPP and the Perth County Paramedics responded to an address on Perth Road 164 just north of Listowel.
One person was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One person was arrested at the scene and assaulted an officer in the process. The officer was not injured as a result.
A 23 year old female of Guelph has been charged with assault with a weapon and assault with intent to resist arrest.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
