On July 21st at around 11:30pm, Wellington County OPP stopped a motorcycle driver after observing a traffic violation on Wellington Road 109 in North Wellington.
As a result of investigation the 31 year old of Arthur has been charged with a slew of crimes including Operation while Prohibited, Possession of Methamphetamine, Operating without Insurance, Driving without Plates and Failure to Apply for Permit on Becoming an owner.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
