A 36 year old has been arrested in connection to an arson investigation.
On August 15th, Wellington County OPP were joined by fire services to a fire at a vacant property on Mill Road in Guelph-Eramosa and while on scene, police were alerted to a second grass fire nearby.
A suspect was later identified and arrested within proximity to the scene. Both fires were extinguished with minimal damage and no reported injuries.
A 36 year old of Guelph was charged with Arson and Mischief.
The accused was remanded into custody after a bail hearing.
