An apartment complex application of 350 St Andrew Street West on amending a zoning by-law to allow for an increased maximum building height to construct a new residential apartment with ground floor commercial space.
Some residents took to social media to voice their concerns such as parking or just believing there is no need for housing at the location.
It’s unclear if any motion will pass but is likely to draw in discussion at a future council meeting.
