The Listowel-Wingham Hospital Alliance is celebrating another year of success.
June 24th marked the Annual General Meeting and the release the of the 2025-26 Annual Report celebrating another year of resilience, strong organizational culture and continued enhanced to both hospitals.
Esther Millar, President and CEO, Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance says “Across both hospital sites, our teams have shown remarkable focus, compassion, and resilience. Together, we are improving access to care close to home while building the systems, services and culture that will support rural healthcare for years to come.”
The year saw many milestones include the hospital alliance receiving Accreditation with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada.
For the Wingham Hospital, it was enhancements plenty with a new CT Scanner in June last year and Bone Mineral Density Testing in February expanding access to important services closer to home.
