All COVID-19 Travel Entry Restrictions to Drop

The federal government is dropping all of its COVID-19 travel entry restrictions at the border.

The drop of restrictions includes mandatory random COVID-19 testing, ArriveCan being only optional as well as lifting the mask requirement on planes and trains.

The restrictions will come to an end as of October 1st.

Unvaccinated Canadians will not need to isolate when they return to the country as well as not being required to monitor or report if they have developed any symptoms of COVID-19 upon return.
