The league lets you develop your confidence in soccer skills, as well as improve your fitness while participating in a recreational, non-competitive program based on your skill and experience level.
And the best thing is for those 20 years and older it is free. All you need is running shoes or cleats if you have them, shin pads and a water bottle.
It runs Wednesdays until October 5th from 7 until 9pm.
