Accumetal Manufacturing in Stratford has been named as a certified living wage employer by United Way Perth-Huron.
In a release, Heather Brown, controller at Accumetal Manufacturing says they are proud to their commitment to pay employees above a wage which ensures a decent standard of living.
A living wage is based on a 35 hour work week which factors everyday expenses such as food, housing, utilities, childcare and transportation.
