An impaired driver has been hit with 6 charges from a stop in Fergus.
On September 17th at around 8:45pm, Wellington County OPP was preforming traffic enforcement resulting in a stop on Scotland Street.
As a result a 37 year old of Grand Valley has been charged with 6 offences including Operation While Impaired, Possession of Cocaine, Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand and Driving Under Suspension.
The accused will appear in court next month.
