A 41 year old has been charged following an incident in Listowel.
On June 30th at around 1:20pm, Perth County OPP were called to a disturbance at a home in the area of Krotz Street West and Wallace Avenue South.
There was a heavy police presence in the area with residents at the time asked to avoid the area but there was no reported threat to public safety.
As a result a 41 year old of Brampton has been charged with Unlawfully in a Dwelling House and Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
