A 40 year old has been charged after a crash between a transport truck and SUV.
On May 27th at around 7:45am, Wellington County OPP responded to the crash on Wellington Road 109 and Third Line in Wellington North.
The driver of the SUV was assessed by EMS at the scene with no injuries being sustained.
As a result, a 40 year old of Ajax has been charged with Careless Driving.
The accused will appear in court at a later day.
