A 38 year old is facing multiple charges after a case of intimate partner violence.
On May 8th at around 2:15pm, Wellington County OPP received a report of historic altercations which took place at an address in Erin on various dates over 2025 and 2026.
As a result a 38 year old of Erin was charged with three counts of Spousal Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Spousal Assault and Mischief Under $5000.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
