Huron County OPP have charged a 30 year old after a disturbance in Wingham.
On June 25th police were called about someone causing a disturbance in town and when police arrived they attempted to arrest the suspect.
The 30 year old resisted but was eventually taken into custody.
As a result a 30 year old of No Fixed Address was charged with two counts of Causing a Disturbance, Failure to Comply with a Release Order and Resisting an Officer.
The accused was held for bail and later released with a future court date this month.
