The 2nd Listowel Scouts are in full swing and in need of volunteers.
Volunteers would be committed to helping out Scouts, attending hour long meetings which takes anywhere from 3-4 hours per week of time.
When it comes to having your child a part of scouts, Dennis Gadd explains some of the various things you can expect from scouts.
“Survival kits, so let’s say you were going on a hike and got stuck in the woods, what would you need to survive. Building those kits, cooking from sewing to doing some sports.’ said Dennis.
The 2nd Listowel Scouts meet at the Trinity United Church every Tuesday at 7pm lasting around one hour.
