A 29 year old waterloo man has been charged with racing by police in Wellington County.
OPP say the incident took place September 16th around 1 pm. They had the radar set up in Fergus and clocked a white van going in excess of 100KM in a 40KM zone.
He had his license suspended and vehicle impounded for a week and has a December court date
in Guelph.
